Abilities
Enemy Ability: Shatter
This ability deals damage to a targeted enemy and destroys any buffs/debuffs on that enemy. The ability deals more damage for every buff/debuff destroyed. Armor calculation is made before any buffs/debuffs that might affect stats are destroyed. Shatter takes effect after enemy buffs: it will miss against enemies with Riposte, detonate Booby Trap, cause Diverter to be affected with Perfume, and will suffer a counterattack from Earshot.
The direct damage from this attack depends on Attack and has a magnitude equal to:
0.5 + 0.5 * [number of buffs/debuffs removed] 
Ally Ability: Convert
This ability restores health to an ally and destroys any buffs/debuffs on that ally. The ability heals more damage for every buff/debuff destroyed. It cannot restore their maximum health.
The healing from this ability depends on Special and has a magnitude equal to:
0.5 + 0.5 * [number of buffs/debuffs removed]
Self Ability: Time Warp
This ability places the Haste buff on all allies and the Slow debuff on all enemies, increasing the Speed of allies and decreasing the Speed of enemies. These effects last for 2 turns.
The Speed increase from the Haste buff depends on Special and has a magnitude of 0.4 .
The Speed decrease from the Slow debuff depends on Special and has a magnitude of 0.4 .
Strategy
Shatter and Convert are weak on targets with no buffs/debuffs. Use Time Warp to help the party and increase the damage of Shatter, or the healing potential of Convert.
Shatter is powerful in combination with Witch's Curse debuff.
Diverter can easily kill Crystal Golems by casting Time Warp to lure them into charging up and then Shattering the charges.
